Universal Precision Screws

The screw works when the movement is powered by the screw driver of a screw. The rotational force is converted into up and down force. The power of the screw is dependent on how close the threads are and how far away the threads are from the centre of the screw where force is applied. 

  A fastener that has an internal or external screw thread is called a threaded fastener. Among these, the most common types are, nut and bolt, and a screw. 

  Self-tapping screws, also known as tapping screws, are designed to cut their own threads in which they are screwed.
